FREE Self Storage Financial Model

How to use

• Download the FREE self storage financial model.
• When the file opens you will see that the file is locked in a ‘View only’ state.
• Navigate to the File tab and click ‘Make a copy’.
• You are now free to use the model and rename it.
• Choose tab based on facility type: Ground floor only, single mezz, double mezz ( applicable to indoor and outdoor facilities).
• Text fields in blue are drivers of the model and are ready to be edited by you.
• Text fields in black are calculated or fixed, so it is not recommended that you edit these.
