As a Junior Growth Marketer at Stora, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our platform's customer acquisition through lead generation initiatives, expanding the reach of our website, and optimising it for success.

Whose team will you join?
You’ll join a newly formed marketing team collaborating closely with product, sales, and customer success to drive Stora's growth.
While the team is new, we haven’t been sleeping on marketing. We have a strong belief in providing value and to date have focused most of our efforts on useful, educational content and campaigns. Recent projects include our Self Storage Growth Guide, monthly Newsletter and Self Storage Explained Podcast.

What are the role requirements?
In this role, you will:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to fill the sales pipeline.
- Analyse campaign performance, and use insights to make data-informed decisions for ongoing optimisation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive growth strategy.
Ideally, you’ll have experience with:
- Content creation and distribution.
- PPC campaigns.
- GA and GTM.
We believe the ideal candidate will have:
- An undergraduate degree and/or experience in a similar role.
- A thirst for learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for writing and communication.
- The ability to work collaboratively and take initiative on projects.
- A knack for leveraging marketing tools and channels to achieve growth objectives.
What does the hiring process look like?
We’re accepting applicants until 15th March 2024. We’ll get back to chosen applicants by 22nd March 2024 to begin the interview process.
Applicants can expect the following:
- Stage 1: Introductory phone call with Growth Lead ~30 minutes.
- Stage 2: Take home challenge followed by ~60 minute discussion.
- Stage 3: Final interview with our CEO ~30 minutes.
