Keep the details that don't fit anywhere else
A padlock code, a ledger reference, the local authority a customer is part of. Most operators keep something Stora has no field for, and until now the only place for it was a note.
Metadata keeps it as a key and a value on a contact, unit, site or task. Search by it, show it as a column, or include it in a CSV export. You can even pull unit metadata into emails to share unique access codes with customers.
It’s a first step, with more flexible custom fields to come.
