You can now require a signed contract, a verified ID, or both before a customer gets access to their unit. Stora won’t grant access until it’s done — and it handles the chasing for you. It’s control and protection, built right into move-in.

How it works
- You choose what’s required: a signed contract, a verified ID, or both.
- Customers are guided and nudged: every step is completed in their portal, with a reminder before move-in day.
- Access unlocks automatically: the moment the last requirement clears, the customer’s in — no manual step.
- You stay in control: waive a requirement with a reason, or exempt a trusted customer, whenever you need to.
