Stora is hiring a Junior Account Executive. We’ll be accepting applications until Friday 22nd March with a start date ASAP. This role can be remote (work-from-home) or you have the option to use our Belfast-based office.

About the role

As a Junior Account Executive at Stora you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and qualifying inbound leads
  • Holding initial phone conversations with potential customers
  • Carrying out outbound sales

You will speak with inbound leads - potential customers who provide us with their details and have asked to be contacted - from around the world and will be expected to use both provocative and solution-based sales techniques to start a conversation, as well as develop a deeper understanding of the client’s needs through research and discovery calls.

Generally, we work best with self-starting, driven and ambitious individuals. People who are happy to take the reins and jump into the role. We're always there to help if needs be.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Rapidly contacting clients who have submitted their details with us
  • Carrying out initial sales / discovery calls by video call or phone
  • Setting up further online meetings and calls between clients and our senior sales team
  • Carrying out follow-ups with clients
  • Handing over committed clients to the onboarding team

This role is remote, but you have the option of using our Belfast-based office. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Additional hours may be required from time to time. Depending on role advancement, domestic and international travel may be required.

The annual salary for this position is £30k base salary + £15k bonus for hitting targets. There is significant room for growth both in role and salary over time.
