How to use
- Download the FREE self storage financial model.
- When the file opens you will see that the file is locked in a ‘View only’ state.
- Navigate to the File tab and click ‘Make a copy’.
- You are now free to use the model and rename it.
- Choose tab based on facility type: Ground floor only, single mezz, double mezz ( applicable to indoor and outdoor facilities).
- Text fields in blue are drivers of the model and are ready to be edited by you.
- Text fields in black are calculated or fixed, so it is not recommended that you edit these.
