What you’ll see in a Timeline
Timelines capture the key events across a customer’s journey — from the moment they book to move-in and beyond. You’ll see when payments were made (or failed), contracts signed, units reserved (or overlocked), emails sent, IDs verified, deposits charged, invoices issued, and more.
You’ll also see who did what — whether it was a customer, an operator, or automated by Stora — giving you complete clarity around every action.
Operators have always been able to add notes — but now those notes appear in context, directly alongside the events they relate to. So you can trace decisions and spot issues instantly.
