What's the difference between the plans?
Currently the only difference is that you pay different fixed fees and transaction fees based on the tier you choose. All of the Stora platform is included in every plan.
What's Stripe and what are the fees?
Stripe is the payment processor that enables Stora's game-changing approach to self storage sales. They charge a transaction fee plus a fee for use of Stripe Billing alongside Stora's transaction. These fees vary from country to country.
Are they negotiable?
Stripe may negotiate with you on their fees if you have a high enough volume of sales. Your Stripe account and fees are independent of your Stora account, and you are free to engage with Stripe directly about their costs if you wish.
What countries do you support?
Stora is available for self storage businesses in 47 countries and accepts customer payments from anywhere in the world.

Nope! Like our existing customers, we expect you'll love Stora. But if you change your mind, cancel your account anytime. No fees. No penalities.
Are there any set up fees?
No. You get all of Stora for your your monthly plan fee + transaction fees. We give you 2 hours free onboarding via video call and unlimited chat support to get you up and running. Additional video onboarding will incur a fee.
Who will own my customer data?
What customer payment methods do you support?
Stora collects automated recurring payments via Stripe from debit/credit cards and Direct Debits (UK), SEPA (EU). You can also manage customers who pay you via other means such as Bank Transfer, Cash, Cheque and other manual methods.
We don't offer online payment methods other than Stripe, as it's tightly integrated with Stora to enable much of the innovative automationy we offer.
Can I keep my existing website and stil use Stora?
Yes. Stora has a booking-only mode which you can use alongside your existing website to handle online bookings and recurring payments.
Can you help me import my existing customers and data?
Yes. How will depend on your current systems and processes. But we have several ways of streamlining the transition to Stora.
Do you integrate with accounting packages?
We offer a guide on how to use Stora alongside the web's most popular accounting package Xero.
Do you integrate access control/gates?
Yep. We integrate with Nōke, BearBox and PTI Security and have plans to support even more providers in future.
Can the Storefront website be translated?
Yes and many of our customers already use Stora Storefronts in other languages.
