Capture more leads with a Pop-up Form

We’re delighted to release a self storage industry first feature designed to ensure you never miss an opportunity to engage potential customers—introducing the Storefront Pop-up Form.

How it works:

From your Backoffice you can now tailor a form that pops up on your website at exactly the right moment, with the right message, to help you capture a visitors contact details.

It’s super flexible. You’ll have full control over the text, call to action, imagery, fields to complete, which pages it shows on and how it’s triggered.

To get started all you need to do is turn on our ready-to-go Request a Callback pop-up form. Simply visit the pop-up form setup page and press the toggle to show it on your Storefront then save.

If you want something more custom you can edit the fields to suit your needs. We’ve also created 5 examples of great pop-up forms to gives you some inspiration including ideas on how to use it to offer discounts or help your visitors work out how much storage space they need.

Other key updates

Here's what else we’ve released in the last month:

  • Subscription sorting - Press Sort in the top right of your Subscriptions page to sort by Customer name, Date created, Move in date or Move out date.
  • Subscriptions allocation filter - On your Subscriptions page you’ll find a new filter making it easy to only see Subscriptions that are either allocated or unallocated.
