Customise customer emails
You can now fully customise the emails Stora sends to your customers—adding your own instructions, branding, and messaging for a more personalised experience.
What you can do:
- Customise email templates like booking confirmations and move-in instructions, with unique templates for each of your sites.
- Personalise with merge tags (like customer names).
- Include links, buttons, images, and even conditional content.
How it works:
Head to Settings → Customer Emails, pick a template, and use our simple editor to make it yours. You can preview, send test emails, or publish changes instantly.
