Expanded API capabilities

We’ve shipped a batch of API improvements to make integrations more complete and easier to build and maintain.

• Identity verifications: new read endpoints, plus webhook events.
• Contracts: Webhooks for contract signed, urls to sign a contract and new filters.
• Deals API: win, lose, and reopen endpoints, plus new filters.
• Unit types: site filtering, fetch relevant promotions, images and booking urls.
• Orders: metadata support, plus public_id rolled out across Backoffice responses.
