Build-in Contract features to give you more control

Hundreds of operators are now using our new built-in contracts (if you haven’t made the switch to our new system request to do so here). The feedback has been great so far, and with so many using it we’ve been iterating in improvements to make it even better. Here’s what’s new in Contracts:

Send reminders

If a contract isn’t signed and it’s approaching move in day — you can now send a gentle reminder with a click of a button. Just go to your list of Contracts, filter by pending (or use the unsigned contracts home screen action) and choose Send contract from the … menu.

Void contracts

Contracts can now be voided from the Backoffice. Useful when you need to cancel a contract in the event of any kind of mistake from the customer or admin hiccups.

Re-issue a contract

You can now also send a new contract. Just find the customer’s subscription in the subscriptions list and choose re-issue from the … menu. If you’ve more than one contract template, you’ll be able to select which one is sent and the customer can be notified by email automatically if you wish.

Issue contracts for new Backoffice subscriptions

For those of you who add bookings via the Backoffice, we’ve made issuing contracts a lot more flexible.

Issuing contracts at this stage is now optional, and if you do decide to issue one — you can choose which is sent to the customer. Tip: if you decide to not issue a contract initially, you can always use the re-issue contract option later.
