Pinned notes: Keep what matters front and centre
You can now pin any note on a subscription or contact to have it appear permanently at the very top of the page, visible to everyone on your team, every time they open that record.
Some information is too important to get buried. A payment arrangement. An access restriction. A special instruction left by a previous team member. With Pinned Notes, you choose what gets seen first.
Always visible, never lost
Open any note in your timeline, tap the menu, and select Pin note. It will immediately appear at the top of the page in a highlighted banner - no scrolling, no searching.
You can edit the pinned note directly from where it sits, and unpin it just as easily when it's no longer needed.
One pin at a time
Only one note can be pinned per subscription or contact. Pinning a new note automatically replaces the previous one, so the most current information is always what's shown.
