Subscription Quick Views

Subscription Quick Views put the most common tenant lists at your fingertips. With one click you can see who’s active, who just moved in, who’s leaving, or who’s already left — and export it instantly.

How does it work?

• The filters appear at the top of the Subscriptions page - selecting one applies the relevant filtering.
• The exported CSV will also be for the selected filter.
• There is a clear filter button located at the top right, which allows you to remove filters. Alternatively, you can click on the filter again to remove it.
• You can refine filters further by using the dropdowns below the quick views.

6 shortcuts to filter the Subscriptions page by common needs:

1. Current tenants - With allocated unit(s)
2. Recent move-ins - In last 30 days
3. Upcoming move-ins - Move-in date > today
4. Previous tenants - Ended, no allocated unit(s)
5. Recent move-outs - In last 30 days
6. Moving out - Cancelled with future move-out
