How to integrate
To integrate Chatbase into your Stora Storefront, you'll need to create your Chatbot account and bot, then it can be easily embedded into your website.
Chatbase set up:
- Create your Chatbase account
- Press New Chatbot, select Website, paste in your Stora website URL and press Fetch Links.
- Add in additional data sources from the left if desired.
- Once ready, press Create Chatbot.
- Visit Settings and update instructions to guide the Chatbot on how to interact with your visitors.
- Other settings can be updated to modify appearance, create buttons for common questions and more.
- When ready to embed, select Connect, and on the Embed tab press Make Public.
Stora set up:
Copy the Javascript code generated, and send it to the Stora team via the in-app live chat to have it embedded onto your Stora website.
