Graduate Sales Executive
Stora is hiring a Graduate Sales Executive. We’ll be accepting applications until Tuesday 10th October with a start date ASAP. You will be expected to work in our Belfast-based office two days per week, with the remainder either in the office or remote/from home.
This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the first to join our sales team as we grow our business quickly in the UK, Europe, US and beyond. There is significant room for advancement and growth in your role as your industry experience grows and our business expands. Within five years, you could be earning over £100k per year.
About the role
As a Graduate Sales Executive at Stora you’ll be responsible for holding initial conversations with potential customers, setting up further meetings either for yourself or for members of the senior sales team, following up on product demos, helping to close sales and handing over committed leads to the Customer Success Team for onboarding.
You will speak with inbound leads - potential customers who provide us with their details and have asked to be contacted - and will be expected to use both provocative and solution-based sales techniques to start a conversation, as well as develop a deeper understanding of the client’s needs through extensive research and discovery calls.
Generally, we work best with self-starting, driven and ambitious individuals. People who are happy to take the reins and jump into the role.
Your responsibilities include:
- Rapidly contacting clients who have submitted their details with us
- Carrying out initial sales / discovery calls
- Setting up further meetings and calls between clients and our senior sales team
- Carrying out follow-ups with clients
- Handing over committed clients to the onboarding team

This role is office-based in Northern Ireland. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Additional hours may be required from time to time. Depending on role advancement, domestic and international travel may be required.

Benefits & compensation
The annual salary for this position is £25k+ basic salary with OTE (salary including bonus for hitting targets) of £45k. There is significant room for growth both in role and salary over time.
