Customisable customer smart entry PIN codes
If you’re using a smart entry system that utilises PIN codes, you can now change customer PINs directly from the Stora Backoffice.
This feature is useful in situations where a customer forgets their PIN, wants a new one for personal reasons — or prefers something more memorable.
To change a PIN just navigate to the contact screen, select 'Change' if they have a PIN code and either generate a random new PIN, or set a custom one.
Currently, this feature is compatible with PTI .dat, BearBox, SpiderDoor, Paxton Net2, and OpenTech Alliance systems.
