Janus International Europe and Nokē Smart Entry have named Stora an Elite Software Partner across the UK and Europe.
Stora now runs over 30% of UK self storage facilities, and we’ve been integrated with Nokē for several years. What changes is that the Stora and Janus teams are building the integration together. Here’s the first thing we’ve made.
First up: Nokē access data in Stora
Every customer on a Nokē site is now grouped by how often they visit: none, occasional, regular or frequent.
That group shows on the customer’s contact record, on their subscription and in your price increases table. Hover over it to see how it compares with last month, and the trend over 6 months.

See how customers use their unit
Access data has always lived in a separate system, so checking it meant opening another app. Bringing it into Stora puts it on the same record as their bookings, payments and history. One record, not two systems.
The most useful place it shows up is your price increases table. Before you decide who to increase and by how much, you can see how each customer uses their unit, next to what they pay and how long they’ve been with you. It doesn’t make the decision for you. It means you make it with the full picture, not just a price and a move-in date.
The increase itself is already quick. You set your rules once, hit Increase Price, and Stora emails the customer, applies the new price after the notice period and tracks the revenue as it lands.

What’s next
Access data is the first thing we’ve built with the Janus and Nokē team. There’s more to come, and I’ll share each feature here as it’s ready. If you want to hear more from their side, I spoke to Shalin Sankar from Nokē by Janus on the podcast earlier this year.
If you run Nokē sites and there’s something you’d like to see next, get in touch. I’d like to hear it.
